This website is hosted by an external service provider ALL-INKL.COM - Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The personal data collected on this website is stored on the hoster's servers. This includes, in particular, IP addresses, meta and communication data, website access, and other data generated via a website.
Legal Basis: The use of the hoster is for the purpose of fulfilling contracts with my potential and existing clients (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and in the interest of a secure, fast, and efficient provision of my online offer by a professional provider (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Appointment Booking via meetergo
For scheduling appointments (e.g., the free "Chemistry Call"), I use the service meetergo. The provider is meetergo GmbH, Universitätsstraße 60, 44789 Bochum, Germany.
When you book an appointment via the form integrated on my website, the data you enter (e.g., name, email address, phone number, appointment preference) is transferred to meetergo and stored there to organize the appointment and send confirmation emails.
Data Security: Meetergo hosts the data on servers in Germany (Frankfurt) and is GDPR-compliant. I have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with the provider. This contract ensures that meetergo processes user data only according to my instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.
Legal Basis: The processing of your data is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of pre-contractual measures/contract fulfillment), as the data is necessary for booking the appointment. Insofar as health data is implied within the scope of the booking (e.g., through the context of a therapy inquiry), processing is carried out in compliance with Art. 9(2)(h) GDPR (provision of health or social care) and under strict confidentiality.
4. Analysis and Tracking (Google Analytics)
If you have given your consent, Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google LLC, is used on this website. The responsible service provider in the EU is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Nature of Processing: Google Analytics uses cookies that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
Legal Basis: The use of Google Analytics is based exclusively on your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by adjusting the cookie settings on my website.
Data Transfer to the USA: Please note that when using Google Analytics, data may be transferred to the USA. There is an adequacy decision by the EU Commission for the "EU-US Data Privacy Framework". Google is certified under this framework.
IP Anonymization: I have activated the IP anonymization function on this website. As a result, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before transmission to the USA.

The processing of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, provided that your request is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of the enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
6. Storage Duration & Anonymization
I store your personal data only as long as is necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes for which it was collected (e.g., conducting the Chemistry Call), or as long as legal retention periods exist. Data from interested parties with whom no therapy contract is concluded will be deleted or effectively anonymized after the conclusion of communication, so that no identification of your person is possible.
